Initial situation
On march 2017, Tink Labs introduced its hotel smartphone Handy in the Spanish market. The target was to create awareness in the hotel sectorthrough a communications action that was short-term and effective.
Challenge and communication strategy
Our challenge was to obtain the maximum number of results from a campaign lasting only one month, targeted to:
- Build brand awareness in Spain – a unknown brand locally with an innovating service for the hotel sector.
- Develop a seamless communication with the “hospitality” sector.
- Build the brand knowledge in a variety of media – daily, technological and travel
We developed a communication program including a personal interview with Vincent K. Murphy in one of the main Spanish newspapers – El Mundo – and the distribution of a press release with an exhaustive follow up to ensure quality coverage
Results
Handy was introduced to all tier one media, achieving a total of 20 clippings in top media. Achieving a total reach of 23.998.256, and an advertising value of 28.789€
