Press launch Barcelona
The IAB Barcelona (Barcelona Institute of the Arts) was a totally new institution based in Sitges, Barcelona and needed to be known to attract both teachers and students. Previous to the official inauguration, LF Channel hosted a press launch event with media culture, performing arts, general, educational and economic.
Challenges were it was unknown institution for the Spanish press and we had to provide response to different media types, each with a distinct interest in the work of the IAB (culture, society, general, local, etc)
Before the launch we had to set the key messages for IAB in Spain, create a press kit, and advertising planning, and of course organize the launch event.
LF Channel was also in charge of coordinating launch press activities in Milan, Paris and Berlin
- A total of 26 journalists covered the launch event and press lunch.
- The announcement of the institution in Spain scored a total of 56 clippings, all positive, in dailies ( La Vanguardia, El Periódico de Catalunya, 324.cat ), agencies (ACN, Europa Press ), Radio (La Xarca, Mon to Rac1, Radio Maricel), university press ( Universia ), busines press ( El Economista, Expansion ), lifestyle ( Glamour Yo Dona ), Culture (Culturamas, teatro.es, butaquesisomnis, artezblai, El Club Express)
